As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, public charity, KSM is required by the IRS to make certain documents, financials and other information available to the public. They are posted here so that they are made widely available for download and printing, as desired.

Thanks for the prayers! We're OFFICIALLY a tax-exempt public charity for 2022. All donations will now be fully tax deductible.

Budget for 2022

The Budget for 2022 is predicated on the trip to Kenya to determine specific needs. We are beginning to populate expense projections, etc., now. Nothing posted here yet.

Financials for 2022

We've just gotten the corporate bank account set up with the minimum deposit. We don't even have online banking up and running yet. We will financials by the end of July 2022.

Form 990-EZ

This won't even be filed until 2023 for tax year 2022. We expect to post the first one around March 2023.
